The PTS network
PTS Managed Services is an independently owned Hong Kong company. We are part of an international network of firms that share the PTS name and a common origin, but each one is separately owned and separately run.
Several years ago the regional PTS businesses were each acquired by their own management teams. There is no parent company and no group ownership structure. PTS Managed Services is not a subsidiary, branch or franchise outlet of any other PTS firm, and no other PTS firm is a subsidiary of ours. What connects the network is a shared brand and a working partnership across markets.
For clients the practical effect is simple: your contract is with PTS Managed Services in Hong Kong, and the people delivering your service are ours. Where a project reaches into a market that a partner firm knows better, we can bring them in.
